Depending on what you're trying to accomplish, you may be able to do what you're looking for without any third party tools. Basic partition shrinking and extension capabilities are built in to Disk Management in Vista. It does have some limitations (it won't shuffle around data to allow you to shrink more, so you may need to do a defrag to consolidate data).
And no, don't use any software to re-partition unless it explicitly supports Vista.
