Well, I do not accept that NewEgg will/can link 'new' to 'old.' I have thought about this. Still considering this. Right now, I am still really irritated with my last communication with NewEgg. Perhaps after six months I may come back. Not now. NewEgg and I are in the ozone.
Sorry.

why don't you just create a new account with a new email address. It's not like you're running a company or get credits for ordering. You will still have access to the old account.

Winterlight,
Thanks for the share. I get everything you write. Yes, based on Anthony's share, I may get stuck with GA sales tax w/Tiger Direct. Not like I'm stupid to this. Ho-Hum! I got really cross when Newegg refused to update/change my 'notification addy.' Fine, I 'blocked' my account. I joined newegg back in the 90's also after good opinions from the Collective. No harm, no foul. And, I've never had any
order problem with them.

I have a new gmail addy that I wish to use for 'commercial' traffic. I have been on the phone and on the web for 2 days checking/updating my 'email address.' What a PITA.
Thanks for the share. I will remember this 'Life-game.'

I use all the above...Amazon, Newegg, Provantage. I have been using Newegg since the 90s and they have been very good to me when they have made mistakes, or I've had a problem. But I am always looking for price and reliability... Newegg is one of my vendors that does that for me and has been easy to deal with.... although I hate getting stuck with state taxes!
