I've been using Namecheap as my personal-use registrar and SSL-cert provider
(Comodo reseller) for about 7 years and have been very satisfied with their
service. I've not used their email or web hosting, but they do offer plans.
True to their name, their prices are usually fantastic.

They include a passable free DNS service for domains registered with them,
too.
