Duncan,
Wow...Thanks for the recommendation. However, it's just too rich for my
blood, man! Really, really sweet, though.

Anthony,

Lian-Li PC-Z70A (?silver/aluminum?)
Lian-Li PC-Z70B (black)
Is at newegg.

Yes, pricey at $339.99. But after 12yrs of Lian-Li experience, this
may be the last server case you ever buy. The Lian-Li webpage has a 2011
catalog in pdf format for download and looksee.
I am considering this very case ATM.
Best,
Duncan

I think I want to go the case-route from building up a system with a
goodly number of HDs inside. I think this will let me spread the
costs out longer over time, which is important. I'm about to go
looking on newegg, but I thought I'd ask to see if anyone here has
some experience with case that holds, and is designed to hold, lots
of HDDs? I'd like all the hardware to mounting drives to be included
(I have a case here that only has hardware to support 4 HDDs, even
though it has enough room for more). That's what I get for trying to
save some money, I guess. But then again, I had no notion that I'd be
doing this now.
Usual stuff. I would like good cooling though the use of large
diameter low-rpm fans. I'm thinking Cooler Master something or other.
