I'd also recommend looking at Samsung's color lasers. I've had a CLP-620nd for about 1.5 years, and bought my dad one of the same around a year ago, both have been excellent. Also got my mother a cheaper one--CLP-315--a few years back that hasn't given any trouble either. I don't print much, but when I do, I want it to just work - which means inkjets are ruled out.
