At work we just finished moving from RAID Servers for storing Huge amount of Data to NAS units. We are using WDC's DX4000's right now. Also, planning on getting the 12TB version as well. The reason I like these units is that they use Windows Storage Server 2008 R2 and it is easily integrated into the Windows domain and Active Directory as well. You can even add USB 3.0 RAID's to it as external Storage and it as Shares.
