If they're in RAID, TRIM is not enabled. The only controller that currently supports TRIM in RAID is the integrated Intel RAID, and then only in RAID0, and only on Intel 7-series chipsets with very recent BIOS updates (and OROM update) and Intel RST driver versions.
The software is wrong.
