I agree with Naomi. I've attended conferences on college campuses and they are very successful. Realistically, people do not have time to tour the city in which the conference is held and do justice to the many sessions offered at the conference. So why not be at a location without distractions? As for the food, we'd have to see because it is important for everyone to be together for meals. I remember a convention in Cleveland where we had buffet style service and the food was DELICIOUS. I'd be willing to work on this reformatting of convention as well. Marion
