I wish that all of David Elazar's postings were as straightforward as 
he claims they are, or as generally helpful as Susan Dubin fnds them to be.
Unfortunately I deleted his May 13 posting to Hasafran and so cannot be
explicit about the content of that posting. Nor can I remember how to 
search the archives to dig it out. Perhaps it is enough that I've 
raised the issue and leave it at that. I know from some of the 
replies to the list and from several of the private responses I 
received that my perception of the problem is not just mine alone.
