Her presentation was the best part of the ALA conference.  I was very
disappointed with the speakers, their messages, and the format.  I found it
very hard to figure out how to attend sessions.  The "on demand" sessions
were not on demand. When I attended in person it was exciting.  What did
you think of the conference?
