Michelle and friends, I recently donated twenty-odd boxes of Jewish books to the National Council of Jewish Women thrift shops. I am right in Los Angeles and they even came and picked the books up! Here is the page that lists what they accept <https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://www.ncjwla.org/what-we-take/__;!!KGKeukY!2vkkDL1AqV6ZIEJWW3Cl7OgM_G6sjYErJ-pRygNMj7h9U-D9HoxBKmo4O_gZraSLSwMlN9gK-gsbVjn4PpZMqGvI4ce3$ >. I recommend you call the nearest location (rather than just filling out an online form) and talk to them about donating your books. That is how I learned that they do not accept prayer books.
