I merely said that the opinions of those who had expressed
an opinion were evenly balanced.  I'm perfectly willing to take
a decision based on the information I have now got. I'm sure
that anyone with a strong opinion would have told me by now;
after all, I have advertised my intended decision more than once.

If anyone has an opinion about the take/drop story that they
want me to know, send email to me.  By all means refrain
from increasing list bandwidth by sending it to me alone.  

I'm definitely not going to have a formal vote (a) because
I'm acting as dictator and (b) because it just ain't worth
it for take/drop!
