I bet you that 99% web pages on the net would not pass this test. Try http://www.haskell.org/index.html, or any other older pages out there (including mine, of course). This (and some other validators) are quite picky and do not distinquish between severe errors, (yes, yes some "fancy" *.htm pages cause my Netscapes to freeze) and innocent variations of the strict rules, such as adding <p> between list items to enhance its readability.
