Well I was replying to the email about os x specific software update. In that case you have a simple, easy choice or updating or not. No need to force quit, no need to be annoyed at having to force quit.
Why people even discuss windows updates on this list is beyond me. To paraphrase a CSI character: a man could post about windows updates >from sun up to sunset, and still has hate would never be done. Joe
