Hey Francis, thanks for taking a look at this. It will be great to finalize
this publish-to-maven stuff that's been ongoing for some time.
I looked at the diff and didn't see "ivy.xml" in there.
Can you post a RB with just the three above files in it, and just put the "svn
mv" commands in the jira instead of showing the diff?
