The final version of HCATALOG-461 has been posted, showing what a {{build.xml}}
and {{pom.xml}} file look like for subprojects.
When updating the storage handlers, what are your thoughts on removing
{{storage-handlers/build.xml}}, and having the top-level build file just build
the hbase storage handler directly? This seems like an unnecessary level in the
build process. When everything has been migrated to {{build-common.xml}} we can
just have a list of subprojects and loop over calling the subtasks in a uniform
way (like Hive does and is pretty nice).
