We'll need to keep {{build.xml}} – {{ivy.xml}} is the file that can be removed,
and replaced with {{pom.xml}}.
Summary is: continue building with ant like we do today, and use maven (instead
of ivy) for dependencies.
Should we finalize HCATALOG-461 before doing this? If there's feedback that
would make the template a moving target. I'm fine either way, I would mainly
feel bad if there were changes there and the template you used changed in some
material way and we had to redo this yet again.
