There's a number of things I don't like regarding the way how the new admin team is functioning. But I think everything will come to terms simply with time. (And the current issues are, imho, just small problems not nearly as serious as to require any immediate change in the strategy). 2) Yes, you did not clearly say you wanted the management delegated to others as well. If no one complains, I'm willing to take over all the care of it. As said, I'll reply to the other two emails in a few hours.
