I had forgotten that we had a time limit, but I see it now at
http://wiki.hcoop.net/wiki/AdminVolunteers.  Sorry about that.  I will
stick to that from now on.

This particular request was fairly large in scope, so I wanted time to
think about the next steps that I needed to take.  I have most of it
worked out now, and will reply to the other message shortly.
