Hi Denis,
The missing structural extended packages should now be up on Amazon S3. Please let me know if you see any other issues. The person who publishes data to AWS is out of the office until the 17th, but hopefully this data can be put out there once he returns. The thing I’m not sure of is whether or not there is a reason that data has not been able to be made available on AWS, possibly having to do with production of Connectome-in-a-Box drives. I’ll follow up on this, and hopefully the data can be published to AWS soon. Our Aspera server was definitely in a bad state over the weekend, and we were unable to download as of this morning. Some of the issues are still being worked through, and we’re once again able to download from here. Things should be going back to normal over the next couple of hours. You might try your downloads again, and hopefully they will work. Let us know if you are still unable to download via Aspera. Using the most recent version of the Aspera client, trying 3 different browsers, 3 different computers at different locations including Mac and Windows the download never started (progress bar frozen at 0). Would you have any suggestions how to access the files? Or has there been any progress with updating the files on AWS? The structural extended packages have been fixed/updated in ConnectomeDB for download there and in the CinaB hard drives being ordered, but we are doing some further checking/fixing before we go through the several day process of updating all of the data in Amazon S3. The numbers remain incomplete. Essentially the data are not there for a good amount of subjects, it seems at least all MEG subjects from the 900 release. Can you confirm this? Something seems to have moved indeed, but not too much apparently. I just checked some 90 MEG subjects, and still the structural preprocessing is not fully complete. I'm not sure though if this may now have different reasons. Consider this script where I go through the MEG subjects to see what is available. https://gist.github.com/dengemann/e6a76197fb07c543120f8cc35ca495e1 For the HCP500 subjects I find "mri", "surf" and "label" subfoldes, the others only seem to have "stats". Is this expected?
