You might have been talking about this - Storage#PRE_RBW_LAYOUT_VERSION is not
handled correctly. For this, we may need to add complicated check - where we
have to check -24 and later than -33.
I think we could do this for trunk with isXSupported() in this jira. But I am
reluctant to make that big a change for 0.22 and wanted to get this done with
smaller patch.
