22. Jing uploaded another patch with minor change on Sep 6. I spent a few
days reviewing and testing the patch and then I +1'ed and committed it on Sep
10. Quite a few people including you provided comments on the earlier patches
but no additional comments were posted. I believed there was enough time for
people to review it.
