system.

Cos's +1 is valid; he's a committer on the Hadoop project, period. He does not 
require your consent to participate in these discussions.

bq. Your veto is not argumented technically, besides being late.

Committed patches are not immune to vetos, and this is obviously a technical 
difference in opinion. [~shv], could you please revert this from trunk and 
branch-2 while you work out an interface that everyone can live with?
