There is one problem with breaking the list into subgroups of thematically related ideas. For example #519 can be both in the 'Networking-related' group and and in the 'Driver-support' group. I don't like the plain list - the table version looks much better. I also don't think that the list needs to be too verbose or explanatory. There is plenty of text above the list and if the ideas list itself is self-explanatory, so much the better. We know that in the previous two years, this format proved itself.
