Ok, I've finished reading the thesis yesterday. It's always interesting to read how other people understand and interpret HelenOS and it is also very nice to get a good overview of a the state of the art in the studied field. In the thesis, I liked the idea of the task manager and splitting it from the NS. And also the suggested idea that NS will become somewhat unnecessary afterwards because of locsrv. When I tried the branch a little more, I enjoyed the possibility to start and stop services and also to shut the system down.
