Hello, we are discussing a potential student project where we would like to play with some recent single-board machine and bring HelenOS to it.
The student has come up with Quartz64 model A board [1] and with NanoPI NEO [2]. Both are ARM architectures, both with Ethernet connectivity. [1] https://pine64.org/devices/quartz64_model_a/ [2] https://www.friendlyelec.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=132 None of these is directly supported AFAIK but both ARMv8 and ARMv7 are known to HelenOS. So my question is if someone has some direct experience with these and if you can spot something that would be a major blocker for running HelenOS on any of these boards? Or if you have some other tips, they would be more than welcome. We are somehow leaning towards the cheaper NanoPI NEO but it is still in early phase at the moment. Thanks in advance for any hints :-) Cheers, - Vojtech _______________________________________________ HelenOS-devel mailing list [email protected] http://lists.modry.cz/listinfo/helenos-devel
