Additionally, Google has published their trillion n-gram corpus, of which Google Translate is a statistical model on top of. Furthermore the algorithms being used are well known and published throughout the literature. Therefore this does not qualify as SaaS. We are free, given the required computational power, programmers to implement what has been published, and a copy of the freely accessible dataset that Google uses as the basis of its statistical model, to recreate that model. Clearly, this is infeasible.
