OK I'm jammin' with my pressure cooker. I bought a bag of flageolet beans by Bob's Red Mill. They are a very lovely pale green bean. This is how I made them and again, gone in a few minutes.
Herbs de Provence Flageolet Beans (pressure cooker) 2 cups dried flageolet beans, rinsed 1 small onion chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 tsp. thyme 1 tbl. Herbs de Provence (in spice isle @ market) 1 tbl. olive oil salt when done cooking. Add all to the pressure cooker with 6 cups water, when the pressure builds turn the flame to a low simmer and cook for 55 minutes. Salt to taste when done. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo! Mail has the best spam protection around http://mail.yahoo.com Yahoo!
