Rohit, These issues are affecting pretty much everyone on the EC2 US-East region. It's actually something out of Heroku's hands. If you take a look at the news there are many large scale sites down. A lot of our stuff is down too (although fortunately a lot of our core stuff is also hosted in multiple locations).
