Gudrun, In my experience, Kappa & Lambda IHC staining tops my list of difficult antibodies. Consistency was always poor & I've tried MANY of the available kappa/lambda antibodies out there (both polyclonal & monoclonal). In situ hybridization is the way to go as I believe that IHC demonstration of these two antibodies will always be sub-standard.

We have some troubles about inconsistend staining and therefore false results about the monoclonality of tumors.
