Feel free to contact me if you want to help develop the program to be cross platform. My current plan is to use GTK+, but the version I am working on atm uses native windows functions. .NET is out of the question and so is Java. So far I have a basic UI subsystem set up and am able to execute the tools successfully and I am able to catch the console output of the tools (though it is buggy and I need to rethink that).
