My servers certainly don't, and I haven't been in one that has had it.
(I don't pub, I've only been scrimming.)

Thats bullshit. amxmod have to hook these functions, to call it. When
the
parameters were changed, then it cant be hooked. If it cant
be hooked, then it cant be used by amxmod. There is no endless loop,
because the lag spikes are not endless.
Also "clean" servers have the same problem, so dont spread your
nonsense.
