OMG!Thanks alot man I looked over those files forever and couldn't figure out what I was missing.I put in the missing quotation mark and all is well.Thanks alot.
And from what the other guy said about "reconfiguring" iis.All you have to do is put .vmt,.vtf,.bsp ect down as a mime type.Its not a huge thing to do.Thanks for all your help guys!
