They can only control freedom of speech on their forums. They can't take away someone's paid for account because they don't like their opinion. Fact is that won't happen. If he really wants to find out the reason, he has to contact support & they will tell him why.
Look at it this way. You buy a new car off a lot & just before you leave, you tell the owner your bad opinion of him. Think he'll take the car back?
