I mean sv_maxrate 20000 seems reasonable for a 66 tickrate server, SRCDS
default = 0 anyhow.

sv_maxupdaterate of at least 66 would also not be unreasonable for a 66
tickrate server, hell, even Valve's SRCDS default is 60!

Or did I miss something?
