cl_interp has been removed and replaced with cl_interp_ratio. cl_interp_ratio sets the interpolation time to cl_interp_ratio/updateRate. Added sv_min_cl_interp_ratio (default: 1.0) and sv_max_client_interp_ratio (default: 2.0) to let the server bound interp settings.
