You really need to sort you mail client as your responses are
almost impossible to read.

With respect ports you could always change the default port:

That's said have you spoken to your host about RDP? Im sure they
wouldn't mind just opening this port even if its closed. If they
are reticent to do so Im sure mentioning cancellation will change
their mind quickly.
