Yeah I know there isnt an 'info' for the CS:Source yet, Its where my
code was written for the HL Query, I knew that it was a ping response,
but just wanted to know why it responded to my request with that?

Oh and what I sent in my last post was what was sent to and from the
(Clinet <-> Server).

I will try again after I have updated it.

Also in a way it was 0 being sent, though it was not 0x00 just ascii '0'
maybe another bug in the code :P
