I'm worried about the consequences if SCO somehow wins the case, much more than what happens to Big Blue. Many *nix companies are not doing too well already, if SCO nails them, poof! And everyone knows diversity is the spice of life... On the positive side, I'm not worried about the Linux kernel proper. Being the distributed beast it is, with no true controlling company (Linus doesn't count), I don't see how SCO could sue "Linux".
