Yeah, what is a company that has had steady income from a single game for 4 years thinking, they've got to be doing something horribly wrong.

Valve should learn a lesson from Bohemia Interactive. Not only do they fix bugs which are reported to them, but they add support to modding communities where they want it. They actively post and partake in discussions on forums. They have also opened up the theme and ideas of OFP 2 to public suggestion and debate. And they all speak at least two languages!
