you can set it to "1" on a client but it won't pay any attention since
it's a server variable... o.O

hi,

well i guess you allready gave an explanation why these "cheats" are
working...
"sv_cheats 1" enables the build in methods for cheating...
any normal gameserver on the internet has "sv_cheats 0"...
so not one of your so called "cheats" will work ;-)
