For the update I did as I always do, I deleted the InstallREcord.blob file
and ran ./steam blah blah blah. The server did start back up fine, luckily
there is only the 1 game process that needs to run so the IP and port issue
wasn't there.
What I do have now is slightly higher cpu usage then what I was getting off
the prerelease build 2218 and people complaining of lagg more then usual.
When I say slightly more cpu I am talking about running at 20% cpu with 16
players instead of 14% with the same amount of players. This is on an athlon
XP2600+
