Could this cause choke on the server for us on FBSD? All my servers chokes
even if there are a single hlds started. The server or the bandwidth
should not be a problem. The servers are connected to a 7609. It should be
powerful enough. The chokes started to appear aprox the same time as the
first upgrade of HL1 to support VAC2. The linux ABI kernel support version
is 2.4.2.

compat.linux.osname: Linux
compat.linux.osrelease: 2.4.2
compat.linux.oss_version: 198144
