I've set up a default installation of Bugzilla for initial testing.
Everything is in working order and I'll be going through it tomorrow when I
can peal my eyes open after staying up so late. Once I get a chance to look
around this thing I'll drop a copy up on one of our main servers. Here is
where I need to know from you Alfred what your plans are for this site. I'll
be happy to host it if you'd like but it's relatively pointless if Valve
would rather have full control of it. If you can drop a line to the
webmaster for steampowered.com then maybe we can work something out like a
subdomain for it like http://bugzilla.steampowered.com or
http://bugzilla.valvesoftware.com.

If you've got any ideas please feel free to contact me directly and we'll
see where you want things going here boss. I've got a temporary URL running
it for now on a subdomain of one of mine. So it's currently accessible at
this time. Once it's moved we'll need to work on DNS for it from your
network guys.

Seeing this is a server op mail list yeah, I would assume it wouldn't be
used for client problems. I would assume clients get support from
support.steampowered.com but once again that only an assumption, maybe
someone can clear it up.
