The "random map change after game commencing" bug still exist. To
reproduce
this, do the following:

1. run a linux dedicated server as usual 2. switch the map with the
nextlevel command to a map that does not exist in the mapcycle

After the next map loads and the game says "game commencing" the current
map
will be switched to another map.
