Ryan, The warning about CreateFragmentsFromFile is just about player's sprays being uploaded/downloaded and is normal and should have no impact on the server or gameplay.
It is a good idea to delete all the sprays resident in 'downloads/ from time to time to prevent lag as the server searches to see if that spray is already present. When the server finds a spray and has to compress it this can cause lag. One very easy fix if you see ongoing problems with this is to just disable sprays for a bit. sv_send_logos 0 ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ryan Mannion" To: "Half-Life dedicated Linux server mailing list" <hlds_linux@list.valvesoftware.com> Sent: Thursday, May 01, 2008 11:03 AM Subject: Re: [hlds_linux] Linux srcds performance unacceptable >I agree with Nephyrin but also wanted to add another problem that's > been ongoing for a while.
