Well, if anyone of you are indeed using reserved slots and have them set to be free always, atleast mask them with sv_visiblemaxplayers XX. (if you have 32 slot server with 2 reserve slots, set this to 30, if you for 25 slot server with 1 reserve slot, set this to 24). There are a lot of these servers which do not mask the slots in any way.
