The longest joined "admin" will be the new owner, its based on how long
your in the group.
But what darth says is correct, i've done this many times. Just remove all
admins except one, let the owner leave and ownership will go to the other
person.

However in saints example, the last person (owner) is nowhere to be found.
I have the same issue, no clue on how to fix that.
