Sourcebans comes with a rcon interface too, i once made https://github.com/Snelvuur/SSMS but its outdated but still works for me. (efforts for a new one are underway https://github.com/Ehesp/Sourcemod-Server-Manager-System but with most single projects time is a problem) feel free to jump in.
