You have made an animated jpg?

I would like to still know that.

if you have the "alert" box checked it will sound when folks
come and go ... and anyone there is listed in the box.

I want to keep the login information that we had there all along. Can it please be put back?

If people are listening without speakers or if people are listening to music on their speakers, the alert is not so obvious.

I see you made your gorgeous green Buddha a thumb now. Instead of a thumb, can you resize it to about 50% size and put it back centered? It looked good there.

i wouldn't have any problem with waiting until feb to have it up.
that will give me a chance to collect some data on the chinese
new year and we could then lead into a chinese new years page ...

I think a new retreat for Chinese New Years is a good idea.

also ... the user:talk pages there are a great place
to do just this type of exchange of ideas/concerns ...
when we do so ...
we are literally all on the same page. ;)
exp: ... go to:
http://peace.wikicities.com/index.php/User_talk:Lobster
and/or User_talk:KnowMystery and User_talk:-ts-
mark them as watched pages.
you can then access it instantly any time you are there.

the catch is the phrase 'any time you are there' -- that is a process that works ONLY if a person is accessing the wiki.

we can even leave examples/snippets of code for consideration.
it's like an admin page for the site.

saves having to come here and go back and forth to address
things that concern only the Peace page.
works for me.

We have a lobster:talk page and a ts:talk page and a yosy and knowmystery and desi and an infinite number of talk pages - one for each person and one for each 'topic/page' of the wiki... it does not work to have everyone trying to shift back and forth to check messages on an infinite number of talk pages.

BUT we have a single source - email/HolyGeek list. "One stop shopping"  - people post comments here as we have been all along and they are all funneled into a person's mailbox real time... there is no need to "go to" the peace wiki to repeatedly check for messages... they just auto appear in mail.

Well, that is what works for me. YMMV

love and peace,

joyce
